Shipping

We currently offer three shipping options within the United States:

Shipping Service	Contiguous U.S	Alaska & Hawaii
1. Standard:	3-8 business days	5-10 business days
2. Expedited:	2-3 business days	4-5 business days
3. Express:	1-2 business days	3-4 business days

The cost for shipping is based upon the total order amount and the location that the product must be distributed from our warehouse or manufacturing warehouses. An additional shipping surcharge may apply to some items due to their size and weight. For many of our products, our customer service department will call or email you to provide shipping costs based on our need in expediting the receipt of your purchased products.

Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Many of our doors will require an additional 24 to 48 hours for shipping. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM EST, excluding holidays). If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted within two business days. Many of our doors require specialized shipping containers that will add to the overall weight of the product and will require freight trucking service beyond UPS and Fedx. .

We are unable to ship to US Territories and international locations at this time. If you would like to ship to Canada, please contact us at 810-229-9962 (sales and service).

Please note, at this time we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.
