Return Policy

Our #1 Goal is making our Homeowners proud of the Products and Styles that they purchased from Divine Doors and Trim!

All products are returnable unless labeled special order. We will accept returns and exchanges for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. All products must be returned in their original manufacturer packaging, the products must contain all manufacturers’ parts, keys and instruction manuals to receive credit. The product must be returned in resalable condition. The product must not have been installed.

All products are subject to a 30% restocking fee + shipping, unless defective. Refusal of merchandise at time of delivery does not eliminate the cancellation/restocking fee. In the event you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or Divine Doors and Trim ships an incorrect item in error, please notify our office within 3 business days.

A call tag or return shipping label will be issued to assist you with the products return. We will reship the corrected item to you at no additional shipping charge.

Divine Doors and Trim will not accept any returns or cancellation on Special Ordered or Custom Ordered products. All items on this website will be listed in advance that it is a Special or Custom ordered.

Updating Your Cart

Be sure to press the “Update Cart” button when you make any changes to the contents of your cart. Doing so informs our site to look at the changes you have made and adjust the totals accordingly.
